This helps us identify potential manufacturing issues early and improve the final product.
01
Design & mould making
Every piece starts as a sketch, a photograph, a sample or a 3D file. We develop the pattern and the mould so the casting carries the detail you approved.

02
Metal casting
The approved design is cast in aluminium, iron or cast iron, with resin or polyresin for selected products. Material is chosen around the design, weight, outdoor use and target cost.

03
Welding & assembly
Multi-part pieces and fabricated components are joined by welding and assembled, then the joins are dressed back so the form reads as one piece before finishing begins.

04
Finishing & patina
Surfaces are prepared, coloured and sealed by hand. Aged, antique and contemporary finishes can involve several stages to build depth, texture and colour.

Consistency checked across batches
05
Quality control
Quality is checked through production, not only at the end. Pieces are inspected for surface imperfections, scratches, pinholes, casting quality, finish consistency, assembly and dimensions, often under bright lighting.
